Tim began his career in the paper business as a sales trainee at S.D. Warren Co. in 1983. He started focusing on the Catalog & Direct Mail market in 1985 and became a catalog sales specialist for its New York sales team in 1987. Tim joined Lindenmeyr Central in 1991, specializing in the publishing and catalog space, becoming Vice President of Sales in 1996, and ultimately Sr. Vice President in 2013. In 2018, Tim also became responsible for the Lindenmeyr Book Publishing Papers division, which is over 100 years old, and the first company solely dedicated to the book publishing space.

Tim is active in the industry, serving on several mill advisory councils. He is a graduate of Bucknell University, where he earned a B.A. in Economics/Sociology.
