Charles began his career in the paper business in 1990 as a sales representative for Baldwin Paper Company where he focused on the catalog, magazine, retail and direct mail segments. In 1998, Charles launched International Mill Direct and grew the company’s sales to more than $30 million. Charles joined the Lindenmeyr Central division of Central National Gottesman in 2002 as a Sales Executive where he has managed key global accounts and built a strong expertise in dealing with global suppliers, supply chains, and currencies. In 2018, Charles was named Vice President of Sales for CNG’s Specialty Papers business.
Charles is a graduate of Monmouth University, where he earned a B.S in Business Administration/Marketing.
